super clean-always. safe and friendly.  Best schools in the county. tons of trails, biking, pools, tennis, etc.
Easy access to I-4 and I-75.

We are Campers--great camping close by.  Tennis--next-door :)
Super tennis camps for kids and adults.  My son participated during the summers.
Bike trails--many.

city water--we drink it!
reclaimed--paid to have the reclaimed hooked up for irrigation.  (Saved us $ and we water whenever we want)
not all homes paid to have the connection.
electric--reasonable--green house--insulated well.
used both verizon and spectrum for cable. Both work well. 
natural gas--great deal!   Great for pool, stove, heater and hot water :)
(normal bill--for average use including spa-50.00)  Higher if used for multiple whole-pool usage.
